SDCOE K-12 Project Management Conference 2024

Are you or your team interested in learning more about I.T. project management? Then join us online on Friday, June 21 for our 3rd annual K-12 Project Management Conference! You'll have a chance to learn beginner and intermediate project management practices, hear from other districts and charters about how they use project management, and more!

If you are a first time attendee OR if you do not have a Sched.com account yet...

1. Go to https://k12pmconference2024.sched.com.

2. To create a Sched account, click Sign up. A form will appear. Click Sign up with email (hyperlink).

   1. Enter your full name and work email address.

   2. Create a Sched password. Click Create Account.

   3. You will be taken to your profile page. To appear on the ‘Attendees’ page, enable Make my profile & schedule public.

   4. Enter your Company and Position. You may connect your Twitter/LinkedIn and upload a photo. Click Save Settings.

3. IMPORTANT – YOU ARE NOT REGISTERED YET. YOU MUST CLICK ‘SCHEDULE’ TO COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION FORM.

   1. Click the Schedule button (or click the hyperlinked words ‘event schedule’).

   2. The registration form will appear. Complete the form. All fields are required.

   3. Click Register.

4. Before you go...now’s a good time to build your schedule! For each time slot, click the desired session(s) so a checkbox appears. There is no save button – your selections are automatically saved to My Schedule. You can make changes later, even during the conference!

5. You are now registered. You will instantly receive a confirmation email from Sched about your profile.

If you are a returning attendee OR if you already have a Sched.com account...

1. Go to https://k12pmconference2024.sched.com and log in.

2. The registration form will appear. Complete the form. Click Register.

3. Now’s a good time to build your schedule! See Step #4 for First Time Attendees.

Are you ready to take next steps to formalize project management in your K-12 IT department, or broadly across your organization? If so, consider our conference “add on”, an in-person event in San Diego on June 27-28. The cost is $200/person, which includes admission to the 2-day event, consisting of guided activities, shareouts, action planning, and time for networking; breakfast and lunch (4 meals total); and Project Management Summer Camp materials. The participant's organization is responsible for any travel and lodging costs. Seating is limited and registration will close when we reach 200 registrants.
